Automatic addition to allowed IPs in the API OpenCart

A simple modifier that saves you from manually adding your IP address to the list of allowed addresses for using the API.

This is relevant when the following errors appear when adding/editing an order:

1. Invalid API key!
2. Your IP *.*.*.* does not have access to the API!
