Fix Theme Editor - theme editor patch OpenCart

Fix Theme Editor is a patch for the theme editor in OpenCart 3x. OpenCart 3x now features a Theme Editor, allowing you to edit template files directly from the admin panel. The issue is that it completely ignores changes made to files via OCMOD. This means that if a modifier modifies the same template file, those changes won't appear in the output, even though OCMOD is actually running and the modified file is cached. This patch fixes this issue.

After applying it, when using modifiers, changes made through the Theme Editor will be taken into account.

What changes after installation

• The logic in catalog/controller/event/theme.php when retrieving a template is corrected.
• Added a check for file existence before decoding the code from the database.
• The handling of the $template and $code variables has been adjusted for different theme loading scenarios.
• In the admin section, in admin/controller/marketplace/modification.php, the theme design model is connected.
• When updating modifications for Twig files, the system attempts to take the saved theme code from the database, and only if it is missing does it read the file from disk.

If you don't understand how the modification system works in OpenCart, don't use the Theme Editor at all.
Please note that modifying template files may cause problems with add-ons that use them.
