Advanced filter for the OpenCart store admin panel

The Premium Filter module is a convenient admin page where you can quickly find the products you need based on a variety of criteria and get straight to the action: open the product card, bulk edit selected items, delete products, and, in OpenCart 4, even manage product variants. Essentially, it's your premium filter for your catalog, saving you time on routine tasks.

Purpose of the module

Helps the administrator filter products based on specified parameters and generate a compact list with an image, price, stock, and status. Suitable for daily catalog management, especially when there are many products.

Filtering options (maximum detail)

• Product name (autocomplete)
• Model (autocomplete)
• Category (autocomplete), including "uncategorized" mode
• Manufacturer (autocomplete)
• Price: range from / to
• Quantity: range from / to
• Option → option value (dynamic loading)
• Attribute group → attribute → attribute value in the product
• Date added: from / to
• Change date: from/to
• Availability date: from / to
• SEO URL (autocomplete by keyword)
• Status: on/off
• Out of Stock Status
• Dimensions: length/width/height, as well as ranges for each parameter
• Unit of length (Length Class)
• Weight and weight range
• Weight Class
• Article number ( SKU ) - for OpenCart 3
• Product Codes /Identifiers - for OpenCart 4: select code type and search by value, including tooltips

Tip: Start with 2-3 criteria (e.g. category + status + balance ), and then refine your filter using options and attributes —this will help you get to that “right” product group faster.

Application examples

1. Find products with zero balance: Quantity up to = 0 + desired availability status.
2. Prepare a promotion: Category + Price from/to + Status = enabled.
3. Check card content: filter by SEO URL and dates to quickly browse through new products.
