Back in Stock – an OpenCart module that helps you avoid losing customers when a product is out of stock. Customers enter their email address in the product details, and you automatically (or on command) send a notification as soon as the item is back in stock. Simple, neat, and to the point.

What does the module do?

• Shows the "Notify me when the item is back in stock" link when the balance is zero.
• Opens a convenient modal subscription window with an email field and a consent checkbox (GDPR).
• Saves subscriptions in the database and protects against duplicates.
• Sends emails when the product quantity changes from 0 to > 0.
• Supports sending via Cron via a secure link (secret key).

• Fewer “lost” sales the client returns via email.
• Flexible subject and email templates for different languages (variables: {product_name}, {product_link}, {store_name}).
• Admin panel subscription list, statuses, manual sending by product.
• Correct cart behavior the "Buy" button is blocked when there is no product and changes its appearance.

Recommendation: Set up a Cron using the link in the Product Back in Stock module. This way, notifications will be sent even if you change stock in bulk or through integrations.
