When a manager opens an order, the modifier immediately checks whether this person has purchased it before. If there's already an order with the same phone number and email address in the order history, a prominent hint appears at the top of the order card.
The label is displayed in the standard order view in the admin panel, without a separate tab or unnecessary navigation. The manager sees it before reviewing the order and contacting the buyer.
Important: The label appears when more than one order is found with the same phone number and email address. If the buyer has changed their contact information, the check may not recognize them as a repeat order.
In practice, the manager quickly understands that they are dealing with a familiar customer and can immediately take into account previous requests, negotiated discounts, or order processing details.
