Version of the site for the visually impaired OpenCart

If earlier people with visual impairments could hardly perceive content when visiting your site, now Russian legislation has solved this problem by putting forward a law on “Ensuring unhindered access to information for people with disabilities”.

Now, without exception, all state institutions and municipal educational organizations must acquire a version of the Internet resource for the visually impaired along with the main one (this law came into force on January 1, 2016). For commercial enterprises and organizations, this resolution is only advisory in nature.
