Return Product with photos in OpenCart

The module adds a photo to the OpenCart product return request in both the customer account and the admin panel. The customer attaches the photo immediately when processing the return; the manager sees it in the return card and quickly understands the product status without unnecessary correspondence.

What's changing in how we handle returns?

• A photo upload button appears on the return processing page.
• A preview image is available in the return administrative form.
• Photos can be replaced or deleted in a couple of clicks.
• When deleting a request, the associated file is also deleted to prevent accumulation of garbage.

For a store on OpenCart 3, product returns become more transparent: the manager immediately identifies the defect, damaged packaging, or discrepancy, and the buyer receives a clear process without additional emails.

Convenience in everyday scenarios

1. The buyer submits a request and attaches a photo of the product in jpeg format.
2. The manager opens the return and looks at the image directly in the form.
3. If a photo is no longer relevant, it can be easily cleared and a new one uploaded.

The add-on integrates neatly into standard return forms and does not disrupt the familiar process of working with statuses.
