Selecting a manufacturer from a drop-down list OpenCart

Add-on to replace the standard auto-completed manufacturer selection field with select (drop-down list) in the form of adding/editing a product on OpenCart 3. Now you do not need to start entering the name of the manufacturer, just click on the drop-down list button and select the desired brand.
