Bulk Deleting OpenCart Orders

The "Bulk Order Delete" module adds a convenient button to the OpenCart admin panel for deleting multiple orders at once in a couple of clicks. This is especially useful when you need to quickly clear test orders, remove junk after integrations, or tidy up your database without the hassle of manual tasks.

Purpose of the module

After installation, a dedicated delete button appears in the order list. Simply check the desired orders, click the button, and the selected entries are deleted with confirmation. No extra pages, complicated settings, or unnecessary steps.

Important: Deletion is performed physically from the database. It is recommended to create a backup before performing bulk operations.

Main functions

• Bulk delete button on the order list page in the admin panel.
• Deleting only selected orders (by checkboxes in the table).
• Confirm the action via the standard confirm window to avoid accidental deletions.
• Save context: after the operation, returns to the list of orders with the same filters (ID, client, status, amounts, dates).

What data is deleted?

The module deletes not only the order itself, but also the records associated with it, so that there are no “tails” left in the database.

Tables and entities that are cleared

• order - the main order record
• order_product - products in the order
• order_option - product options
• order_voucher - vouchers in the order
• order_total - totals (delivery, discounts, taxes, etc.)
• order_history - status history
• order_recurring and order_recurring_transaction - recurring payment data (if applicable)
• customer_transaction - customer transactions associated with the order
• voucher and voucher_history - vouchers and their history linked to the order
