Attributes Selector for OpenCart

The  Attributes Selector module makes working with product attributes in the OpenCart admin panel noticeably faster: instead of constantly copying and pasting identical values, you get a drop-down list of previously used attribute texts, which you can paste into the field with just one click.

Purpose of the module

In a standard product form, attributes are most often entered manually. If you have dozens of similar products (clothing, spare parts, electronics), you'll have to enter the same values over and over again ("Material: Cotton," "Country: China," "Warranty: 12 months"). This module adds a value selector to the attribute form, which pulls in existing options and helps avoid routine entries and typos.

Important: The list is generated from data already in the database—the module takes unique attribute values from previously saved product attributes and displays them depending on the selected attribute and language.

What's changing in the admin panel?

• In the product card, in the attributes block, next to the text field, a <select> appears with values.
• When you select an attribute, the module loads the available values for each language.
• When you click on a drop-down list, the selected value is automatically inserted into the corresponding textarea.

Practical example

Let's say you're adding a new product and selecting the "Warranty" attribute. The module will display previously used values for this attribute in the selector (e.g., "6 months," "12 months," "24 months") in the selected language. Click the desired option, and the text automatically appears in the attribute field.
