Multi-warehouse + pick-up for OpenCart

MultiWarehouse + Pickup is a module designed for OpenCart stores where products are not stored in a single location but distributed across multiple locations: stores, warehouses, and suppliers. It helps manage inventory balances for each warehouse, clearly display availability to customers, and correctly write off products when placing an order—especially when using pickup.

What the module can do

• Multi-warehouse accounting for goods and options (size/color, etc.).
• A separate "Warehouses" tab in the product card in the admin panel.
• Autosum total quantity: the quantity field becomes read-only and is calculated from warehouses.
• Support for " infinite balance " (conditionally 99999) for the required warehouses.
• Write-off and return of balances for the selected warehouse when order statuses change.
• Select the write-off warehouse in the order admin panel and a quick switch in the order list.
• Pickup: separate delivery options for each store with availability status indicated.
• Limiting the available quantity in the cart by geo-zones.

What data does it work with?

• Warehouses: type (store/warehouse/supplier), geo-zone, sorting, status, infinity flag.
• Balances: by product and by each option, by warehouse.
• Order: multistore_id field - where to write off from.

Recommendation: If you have multiple pickup locations, enable the module on the product page as well. This makes it easier for customers to select "where we have it right now," and the manager won't have to manually confirm.

Application examples

1. Chain of stores: show availability for each store and offer pickup from there.
2. Warehouse + supplier: in stock - fast, from supplier - "on order" (via statuses/matrix).
3. Different regions: Geo-fences cut off warehouses that do not serve a selected area.
