Stripe Payment Service for OpenCart

Striper is a convenient and secure payment module for OpenCart that integrates your store with Stripe Checkout. Customers are redirected to a secure Stripe page where they complete their payment via credit card or other available payment methods, and your store automatically receives payment confirmation.

Maximum security —card data doesn't pass through your website. All processing is handled by Stripe.

How the module works

Once the order is confirmed, a Stripe Checkout session is created with the following information:

• goods from the order (name, price, quantity),
• taxes,
• delivery costs,
• order currencies,
• buyer's email,
• Order ID (in metadata).

The customer is redirected to the Stripe page, pays for the order, and then returns to the store. The order status is updated automatically via a webhook when the checkout.session.completed event occurs.

Settings in the admin panel

For the module to work, you must specify:

1. Public API Key
2. Secret API Key
3. Signing Secret Key for Webhook
4. URL of successful and canceled payment
5. Order status after payment confirmation

The module automatically checks the validity of the request and the availability of the selected payment method before creating a session.
