Customer Group Prices for OpenCart

An online store can have a single product page, while different customers see different prices. Retailers, dealers, wholesalers, and guests receive custom pricing terms, which the manager can set directly in the product form, in a tab right next to the base price.

Separate pricing in the product card for each customer group

The extension adds a customer group pricing table directly to the product form. It allows you to specify both the standard price and a new discounted price for each group individually. This format is ideal for e-commerce websites with B2B sales, multiple dealer tiers, and hidden prices that only become visible after logging in.

When you need to offer different prices for various customer groups, you no longer have to create duplicate products or manually instruct managers on which price to quote to a specific client.

How the pricing functions in the admin panel and on the storefront

• A dedicated pricing block for customer groups appears on the product card, featuring separate rows for each group.
• You can specify a custom standard price for each group — for example, 900 for a dealer and 1200 for retail.
• The new discounted price is configured separately and displays as a promotional sale price on the site.
• Prices for registered users are applied automatically after the buyer logs into their account.
• The administrator can easily understand how to update prices for different buyer groups because all fields are located right next to the main price.
• If a customer markup is required, the final pre-calculated amount for the selected group is simply entered into the field.
