Multiple Currencies for OpenCart Customer Groups

When a store sells in two or three countries or manages B2B clients separately from retail, not everyone requires the same set of currencies. The "Multiple Currencies for Customer Groups" module adds a currency selection directly to the group card, ensuring that guests, dealers, or wholesalers see only their assigned list.

Currency management inside the customer group card

A separate block featuring a list of all store currencies appears in the group editing form. The administrator simply checks the desired options with checkboxes, without having to navigate through different sections of the admin panel.

• Select a single currency for the wholesale group.
• Leave multiple currencies available for retail buyers.

Tailored settings for guests, retail, and B2B

• Keep only the default currency available for the guest group.
• Display only USD or EUR for dealers for maximum convenience.
• Hide foreign currencies entirely for local buyers.
• Automatically apply the currency on the site if a group has only one currency selected.
• Configure the currency-to-customer-group link individually for each group.

Important: Before configuration, make sure that all required currencies have already been added and enabled in the standard OpenCart currencies section.

On the storefront, customers see product prices only in the currency permitted for their specific group. Managers no longer have to explain why a wholesaler switched to an incorrect currency or placed an order in the wrong format.
