Hide disabled languages in Admin panel OpenCart

A small addition that hides disabled languages in the administrative part of the store, and also disables the verification of required fields for disabled languages.

Initially, after disabling one or more languages, OpenCart will still require you to fill in the field in English or any other disabled language in the admin panel (even if they are disabled). This extension fixes the situation with the disabling of additional languages and allows you to fill in only the fields of the enabled languages.
