Product Weight in OpenCart Order and Invoice

The module adds weight to the order card and printed invoice in the OpenCart admin panel. Managers can immediately see not only the quantity but also the weight of each item and the entire order. This is convenient when products are shipped in parts, handed over for delivery, or when checking the weight of boxes.

What's changing in order processing?

• Each product line shows its weight next to the quantity.
• Below is the calculation for the item taking into account the quantity, so as not to count manually.
• A separate line appears in the order with the total weight of all goods.

The same logic applies to printed invoices. The document becomes clearer for the warehouse and courier service: the weight is immediately visible, without having to navigate through the catalog or use a calculator.

What does it give in daily tasks?

1. Readiness for shipment is checked more quickly, especially when the order contains many different items.
2. It's easier to coordinate shipping with the carrier because the total weight has already been calculated.
3. Fewer assembly errors when the goods are similar but have different weights.

Useful for stores with delivery rates where the cost depends on the weight of the item, or for calculating delivery by Nova Poshta.
