Drag and drop modules in schematics OpenCart

A simple ocmod to improve usability in layout options.

If you have come across editing layouts in OpenCart/ocStore, then you probably know about the existing problem of module positioning on the page, namely, to place a module, say, in the middle, you need to remove the modules under the desired position and add new modules in the correct order. You don't have to do this often, but it's very tiring.

This module adds drag and drop functionality to modules, so you can very quickly and easily customize the display order to your liking.
